Robin Robbins
Managing Director

Robin Robbins is the Managing Director of The Myers-Briggs Company – Asia Pacific.

Robin has extensive senior management experience in people development and has worked across all disciplines and in a wide range of sectors including the financial sector, engineering, consumer goods, research and development, chemicals, the beverage industry, transport sector and education.His previous HR positions include being the Head of Human Resources for the Research Laboratories of Unilever, India, and Head of Sales Training for Hindustan Lever, and working with the Eicher Group – Eicher Mitsubishi and Eicher Tractors

With over 20 years’ experience in business, he has developed expertise in the areas of performance management, career and succession planning, leadership development, aligning people strategies to market realities and conducting development and assessment centers. He also has extensive experience in recruitment, including that of leading business and technical schools.

Robin is also passionate about coaching and has a wide variety of experience in the coaching space. He works as an executive coach drawing on his training and consulting experience to support coachees in a variety of industries across levels.

He also has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership development and executive coaching. He is also the master trainer for the certification programs.
