Robin Robbins is the Managing Director of The Myers-Briggs Company – Asia Pacific based in Singapore.

Responsible for the operations and development of business in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia and Mongolia. Also undertakes consulting / training assignments in countries across the globe and is a Master Trainer for MBTI certification programs.

Over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development, having worked across all related disciplines in a wide range of sectors including consumer goods, beverages, engineering, industrial products, transportation, education and research and development. Previous roles included Head of Human Resources for the Research Laboratories of Unilever, India, Head of Sales Training for Hindustan Lever, and key human resources positions with the Eicher Group – Eicher Mitsubishi and Eicher Tractors.

World class expertise in the areas of performance management, career and succession planning, leadership development, aligning people strategies to market realities, conducting development workshops and recruitment. Passionate about coaching with significant experience as an executive coach in a variety of industries across organizational levels.

He also has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership development and executive coaching. He is also the master trainer for the certification programs.
